Time Runs Out on Tide Season
Tacoma Tide 3 - 4 Kitsap Pumas
The 2009 Tacoma Tide FC season has finally come to an end. It started with so much promise, but ended with disappointment. The Tide almost have capped it off with a dramatic come from behind result against their Puget Sound rivals. However, in the end, the Tide ran out of time. Two goals in extra time were not enough to overcome a 4-1 Pumas lead. The Kitsap Pumas clinched the inaugural Narrows Bridge Bell Trophy with a 4-3 victory over the Tide at Curtis High School Stadium.
