The 2009 PDL Schedule was released Wednesday, Jan 28. The Tide will go up against each NW Division opponent 2 times, with Vancouver and Spokane being exceptions. The Tide will not host Vancouver, and they will not have to travel east to Spokane. Tacoma fans will get to see Cascade, Portland, Seattle, Yakima, Spokane, Abbotsford, Victoria, and Kitsap come to town during the May through July season. There are some exciting rivalries growing with so many teams jumbled into such a small area of the Northwest, and Tide fans wont have to wait long to see them. The Yellows season opener will be a few miles north at Seattle against the newly named Wolves. They’ll finish the season with a bang, as hosts against Puget Sound rivals; the Kitsap Pumas.
